crunch time

so i tried to get my interview with Hellen from the perogies place, but she's really busy and can't really make time for an interview. She said that I could probably get the information that i need from her site and articles that have been written about her, but I still need to do an interview. =/ I have a major dilemma. I've almost got my second draft finished, but I have a feeling that it's going to be a bit longer than 10 pages. Maybe not, I'm still not sure yet.

Okay. So I STILL haven't finished my paper. I could have been working on it the whole time I was home sick but stupid little me forgot to get it off my H drive before I left school friday. I was out of school for 4 days (including the weekend) and all I got done was talking to Helen friday about an interview. She told me to get as much information as I could from articles and such about her and then if I had additional questions I could schedule a QUICK phone interview. I need to start cooking and taking pictures of food for the cookbook. That's really all I need to do for the cookbook other than get more plastic sleeves for the pages. I need to work on my web page and I need to figure out how I'm going to present my project..

progresssss

I have made some major progress on my project. I emailed that lady for an interview, she hasn't emailed me back. I've been taking major notes for my outline/paper. For the past few days that's all i've been doing. I need to get a book still though. I need to find someone that would let me use their library card because I don't have one and my sisters isn't working. ughhh. i DESPISE this class.

So I finished organizing the recipes that I do have. I need to get more from my gram on my moms side, but I'm pretty much done with that.

- put websites on blog (done)
- set up interview/redo interview questions
- finish notes (almost done)


I didn't end up working over the weekend, but Monday and Tuesday night I finished most of the things on my to do list from Fossum.

well. i've been organizing recipes, thats taking a lot longer than i thought it would. i've almost finished the...i guess you could call it the introduction. i need to revise it and make it a little better though. i'll probably have chels or megan go over it for me too. this weekend/week i need to

- complete your notes

meetings

so i'm meeing with fossum in a couple minutes. she's talking to cookie now. i've been organizing recipes at home and trying to figure the layout for my project. i've started to work on my informational page in the front of the cook book, but i don't think i'm writing it the way i'd normally want to.

Another year, same grad project. I'm still doing my project on the cookbook of eastern european recipes handed down in my family. It's also going to have a section in the front explaining the importance of food in the european culture.

I haven't really done much in the time that I haven't had this class. I got recipes together and started organizing them, but that's it.
